UE is a one-stop service APP available on IOS which integrate information, interaction and engagement. It will provide the youth with the first-hand employment training, ecological safety skills training, information communication and interaction in terms of forums, activities, and questionnaires with a purpose to involve the youth all over the world in Youth Empowerment Action.
